Product Installation Mode and Advantages:
This product adopts the advanced vertical lock edge fixing method, fundamentally eliminating the leakage hidden danger caused by the traditional screw directly penetrating the roof panel fixing method:
1. When fixing the roof panel, first of all, fix the galvanized fixing bracket with screw on purlin;
2. Fix the small rib buckle of the roof panel on the galvanized bracket;
3. Finally, the overlap edges of the roof panel are occluded together by an electric edge-locking machine.
Because of the use of vertical lock edge fixing method, the roof is not exposed screw, the whole roof is not only beautiful and neat, but also eliminates the leakage hidden danger caused by too many screw holes.
